Vidhigya Associates acts on Sunshine Pictures ₹282 crore IPO

Sunshine Pictures Limited has launched an Initial Public Offering totaling ₹282.14 crore, which includes a fresh issue of 48,00,034 equity shares and offer for sale of 30,37,157 equity shares.

Vidhigya Associates acted as the sole legal counsel for the offering.

The transaction team consisted of Rahul Pandey (Managing Partner), Himanshu Pandey (Partner), Yash Desai (Senior Associate) and Darshi Shah (Associate).

Sunshine Pictures is an entertainment content production company engaged in originating, developing, producing, marketing and distributing feature films, television serials, web series and other audio visual content. The Company has produced 13 commercial films (including self-produced and co produced films), two web series, three television serials and one short commercial film.

The IPO was subscribed 105.81 times.
