White & Brief, HSA act on France's Assystem acquisition of STUP

French engineering group Assystem S.A. has acquired Mumbai-based engineering consultancy firm STUP Consultants Pvt. Ltd.

The Euronext Paris-listed company has bought a 99% stake in the Indian firm for around 21-22 million euros, reported Mint.

White & Brief Advocates and Solicitors acted for STUP in the sale of 99% equity shares by the Promoters of STUP to Assystem S.A., France.

The team at White & Brief was led by Senior Partner Manu Varghese and Associate Jones Vaidya

HSA Advocates were the legal advisors to Assystem S.A.
