1. PROJECT MANAGER – MULTIPLE STATES

Locations: Andhra Pradesh | Assam | Bihar | Delhi | Karnataka | Kerala | Madhya Pradesh | Odisha | Punjab & Haryana | Rajasthan | Sikkim | Uttar Pradesh | West Bengal

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between Adalat AI and your state High Court. You will coordinate with District Courts across the state, travel extensively to monitor deployment progress, and provide on-ground trainings and support to ensure smooth adoption of Adalat AI's solutions. 

This is a high-visibility role requiring direct engagement with High Court officials, district judges, and court administrators. The Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that Adalat AI's technology effectively enhances judicial efficiency at both the High Court and district levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with judicial officials, court administrators, and government representatives

  • Liaise with High Court and District Court stakeholders to support deployment

  • Conduct training and capacity-building workshops for judges and court staff

  • Travel extensively within the state to monitor progress and ensure smooth uptake of Adalat AI’s solutions

  • Track implementation milestones and report progress to internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • LLB (mandatory); LLM preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a lawyer, judicial clerk, or legal professional

  • Prior experience working with or within High Courts or District Courts is strongly preferred

  • Strong communication skills in English and the primary local language of the respective state

  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships within a judicial or government context

  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned state

2. LEGAL SPECIALIST — ARBITRATION

Location: Remote / India

Role Overview

The Legal Specialist (Arbitration) is a product-focused role for experienced arbitration professionals who wish to shape the development of AI-powered arbitration tools. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team comprising arbitrators, lawyers, engineers, and designers to build solutions that address systemic challenges in arbitration practice. This is a unique opportunity to apply deep legal expertise to technology development and contribute to meaningful reform in the arbitration landscape in India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and refine AI-powered arbitration solutions

  • Identify practical pain points in arbitration practice and translate them into product requirements

  • Ensure solutions are aligned with procedural and substantive aspects of arbitration law

  • Lead partnerships within the arbitration community to drive the adoption of our AI tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • LLB required; LLM preferred (focus on arbitration law is an advantage)

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in arbitration – either in litigation practice or at a law firm

  • Strong understanding of both procedural and substantive aspects of arbitration law

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across legal and technical teams

  • Familiarity with AI, legal technology, or digital transformation in legal systems is a plus

3. LEGAL ASSOCIATE

Location: Remote / India

Role Overview

The Legal Associate role is a hybrid position spanning product development and compliance work. You will collaborate across legal, policy, and product teams – working alongside engineers, designers, and court stakeholders to translate legal pain points into actionable product insights and solutions. The role is suitable for someone with a knack for understanding tech products, a grounding in legal compliance within evolving regulatory frameworks, and a genuine interest in collaborating with both lawyers and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify legal and procedural challenges in the legal ecosystem

  • Translate judicial painpoints, requirements, and workflows into product insights

  • Engage with court stakeholders to gather feedback and inform product development

  • Support regulatory and compliance-related work 

  • Contribute to policy analysis and documentation as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • LLB required; LLM preferred (specialisation in technology laws or corporate governance is an advantage)

  • Minimum 2 years of legal experience in litigation, at a law firm, as a judicial clerk, or as in-house counsel

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge legal and technical domains

  • Familiarity with AI, technology, or digital transformation in legal systems is a strong advantage
