Job Description

The firm hiring experienced legal professionals for ATS Infrastructure Ltd. for the positions of Senior Manager Legal, Manager (Legal) and Deputy Manager -Legal.

ATS Infrastructure is looking to onboard competent legal professionals with strong litigation and drafting experience to strengthen its in-house legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling and supervising criminal litigation matters across various forums.

2. Managing cases under the Negotiable Instruments Act.

3. Handling labour law matters, including disputes, compliance, and representation.

4. Managing miscellaneous litigation and coordinating with external counsel.

5. Drafting legal notices, replies, complaints, written statements, and other litigation-related documents.

6. Liaisoning with government authorities, police departments, and regulatory bodies.

7. Providing strategic inputs and updates on ongoing cases and legal risks.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong drafting skills and litigation experience.

• Litigation background preferred.

PQE Requirements:

• Senior Manager 7+ years

• Manager 5+ years

• Deputy Manager 3+ years

Experience in real estate or infrastructure sector will be an added advantage.

Requirements: LL.B. and experience in real estate matters

Remuneration: Up to ₹14 lakhs per annum.
