PQE: Minimum 3 Years

Qualification: LL.B. for Junior Advocate and legal Researcher

Location: Supreme Enclave, Mayur Vihar Phase - 1

Job Description

Desai & Desai, Advocates & Solicitors invite applications for the following positions:

For the Post of Junior Advocate

Eligibility Criteria:

• Possession of an LLB degree and enrollment with the State Bar Council,

• Comprehensive knowledge of Supreme Court proceedings,

• Minimum of three years of professional experience,

• Proven ability to independently draft SLPs, Civil Appeals, Writ Petitions etc.

• Prior experience under an Advocate-on-Record will be considered an advantage.

For the Post of Legal Researcher

Eligibility Criteria:

• Possession of an LL.B. degree and enrollment with the State Bar Council,

• Proficiency in legal research engines and familiarity with Supreme Court proceedings,

• Candidates holding an LL.M. degree will be given preference.

Remuneration: As per Industry standards
