jhana is looking to hire Real Estate Lawyer in Bangalore.

What you’ll work on 

If you enjoy deep, hands-on real estate work, this role involves:

• Conducting end-to-end title diligence and reconstructing chains of title across decades

• Reviewing and analysing sale deeds, mother deeds, ECs, khata, RTCs, conversion orders, approvals, and related land records

• Identifying gaps, irregular transfers, encumbrances, and marketability risks

• Collaborating closely with a legal-tech product and engineering team to redesign property diligence workflows using technology

Mandatory Requirements 

• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in real estate / property law

• Strong, practical exposure to title verification and property due diligence (Karnataka experience preferred)

• Ability to independently handle complex property documents and risk analysis

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
