Job Description

• We are looking for motivated and talented lawyers with 2-3 years of experience to join our team.

• The role offers an opportunity to work on a broad range of matters including general corporate, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and financing.

• The ideal candidate will assist on transactions involving investments, acquisitions, divestments, and project structuring.

• Candidates should possess strong research, drafting, and analytical skills, along with a keen interest in corporate and transactional law.
