Job Description

• The role offers an opportunity to work with the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity team.

• We are keen to consider candidates with prior experience in M&A and Private Equity transactions at a law firm.

• Candidates should possess strong drafting, transaction management, and due diligence skills.
