M Mulla Associates is looking to recruit Senior Associates to join its Real Estate practice and Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice.

Number of Positions: 4 (Four)

PQE: 4-5 years

Qualification: LLB

Location: Mumbai

Job Description

Real Estate Practice:

• The candidate's role will involve working on real estate matters, including title due diligence, acquisitions and disposals, development agreements, conveyancing documentation, leases, leave and licence agreements, and related regulatory advisory work.

• The candidate should possess strong drafting, analytical and negotiation skills and demonstrate sound commercial judgment. Prior knowledge and experience in general corporate and commercial documentation will be an advantage.

• The role offers significant responsibility, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to work closely with the Firm's partners on a diverse range of sophisticated transactions.

Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice:

• The candidate will be expected to work on matters before various courts, tribunals and arbitral forums, including the Bombay High Court, District Courts, NCLT, DRT and other judicial and quasi-judicial authorities. The role will involve advising clients on dispute strategy, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, opinions and related documentation, appearing before courts and tribunals, and coordinating with clients and counsel.

• The candidate should possess strong analytical, drafting and communication skills, demonstrate sound commercial judgment, and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in complex commercial litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution will be an advantage.

• The role offers significant responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work closely with the Firm's partners on a broad range of complex and high-value disputes.
