Job description

The firm specializes in Civil and Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, and cross‑border contractual advisory. We are looking for candidates who can contribute meaningfully to complex matters and thrive in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment in the corporate team.

Key role and responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including agreements governed by international jurisdictions.

• Conducting legal research and preparing detailed notes on cross‑border regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

Candidates with prior experience in contract drafting, vetting commercial agreements and corporate legal work will be preferred.

Remuneration

Commensurate with industry standards.
