RB Law Corp Pvt Ltd. is looking to hire Associates (Criminal Laws) in Noida.

Number of Positions: 2 (Two)

PQE: 2-5 years

Qualification: LL.B. & LL.M.

Location: Noida - Sector 18

Job Description

Independently handle and assist in criminal litigation matters before Trial Courts and High Courts.

• Draft, file, and appear in regular bail applications, anticipatory bail applications, and bail cancellation applications.

• Prepare and prosecute petitions under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) / Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC).

• Handle criminal appeals, criminal revision petitions, and criminal transfer applications.

• Draft and argue Criminal Writ Petitions (WPCRL) under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India.

• Handle and conduct criminal trials before Magistrate Courts across India, with a particular focus on matters arising in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand.

• Conduct legal research, prepare briefs and written submissions, and assist Senior Advocates during hearings.

• Coordinate with clients, investigating agencies, and court officials to ensure effective case management.

• Stay abreast of developments in criminal law, procedure, and judicial precedents.

Remuneration: ₹6 to ₹8 lakhs per annum.
