Job Description

We are seeking a Patent Attorney with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience to join our growing Patent Practice under the Intellectual Property Practice.

This role combines a strong scientific foundation with legal training to deliver high-quality patent drafting, prosecution, and advisory services to a diverse client base, including start-ups, research institutions, and domestic and multinational corporations.

Essential Requirements

• Post-graduate qualification (M.Sc. / M.Tech / M.E.) in a relevant technical discipline.

• Registered as a Patent Agent with the Indian Patent Office (having cleared the Patent Agent Examination).

• 0–2 years of post-qualification experience in patent drafting and prosecution.

• Sound working knowledge of the Patents Act, 1970 and the Patents Rules.

• Excellent technical comprehension, drafting ability, and written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.

Remuneration: As per industry standards.
