Saga Legal is looking to hire a Principal Associate / Associate Partner for their Dispute Practice in Delhi.

Positions: Principal Associate / Associate Partner

PQE: 8-12 Years

Team: Dispute Resolution

Technical Skills

• Candidate should have experience in civil/commercial disputes & criminal matters (both on the original and appellate sides);

• Should have sound experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and proceedings such as consumer, labour and arbitration. 

Personal Skills

• Ability to independently handle matters end-to-end. 

• Leadership and team building attributes. 

• Detail-oriented approach. 

• Strong analytical & research skills. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
