Sarvottam Law Offices is looking to hire Senior Associates and a Associate in Delhi.

Number of Positions: 3 (Three)

PQE:

• Senior Associate (5-6 years) Gen Corp

• Senior Associate (5-6 years) Litigation Team

• Associate (2-3) years litigation

Location: New Delhi

Senior associate: Litigation (5–6 Years)

Role: Handle complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters across courts and tribunals, working closely with partners on strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Appear before Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT/NCLAT, and tribunals

• Draft pleadings, appeals and filings

• Develop litigation strategy and brief senior counsel

• Manage matters end-to-end and mentor juniors

Requirements

• 5–6 years PQE in litigation

• Strong drafting and court exposure (Delhi High Court preferred)

• Ability to independently handle high-value matters

Associate: Litigation (2–3 Years)

Role: Support the litigation team in handling commercial disputes with strong exposure to court practice and drafting.

Key responsibilities

• Draft petitions, replies, and applications

• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs

• Attend court proceedings and assist in filings

• Support arbitration and client coordination

Requirements

• 2–3 years PQE in litigation

• Good drafting and research skills

• Familiarity with court procedures

Senior associate: Corporate (5–6 Years)

Role: Advise on corporate transactions, contracts, and regulatory matters and general corporate advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements

• Lead due diligence and prepare reports

• Manage transactions and client relationships

Requirements

• 5–6 years PQE in corporate law

• Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills

• Ability to independently handle deals
