Job Description

• The Office of Mr. Shivam Goel, Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India, is inviting applications for the position of Associate to join his litigation practice based in Greater Kailash-I (GK-1), South Delhi.

• The office regularly appears before the Delhi High Court, NCLT, and various District Courts, with a primary focus on civil litigation, commercial disputes, and arbitration matters.

• This role offers an opportunity for young litigators to gain exposure to diverse and challenging matters.

• The candidate should possess strong drafting and research skills and willingness to work in a fast-paced litigation environment.

• Minimum commitment of at least 1 year expected.
