SHS Chambers, Advocates is looking to hire Advocates in Mumbai.

Number of Positions: 2 (Two)

PQE: 2 to 4 years

Qualification: LL.B.

Location: Mumbai

Draft and assist in settling pleadings, applications, written submissions, legal notices and other litigation-related documents.
Undertake legal research and contribute to the formulation of litigation strategy across diverse areas of practice.
Brief and assist chamber seniors and Senior Counsel in matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
Appear before Courts, Tribunals, Arbitral Tribunals and other adjudicatory authorities, commensurate with experience.
Liaise with clients, instructing advocates and counsel to facilitate the effective conduct of matters.
Manage assigned matters efficiently and collaborate effectively with the wider litigation team.

Remuneration: As per industry standards.
