South Delhi Law Firm is looking to hire Associate and Senior Associate in Delhi.

Number of Positions: 1-2 (one to two)

PQE: 2-5 years

Qualification: LL.B

Location: New Delhi

Job Description

• Associate / Senior Associate with a minimum qualification of LL.B.

• Candidates should preferably have knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and experience in handling matters before the NCLT and NCLAT.

• The role involves drafting pleadings and appeals, conducting legal research, assisting in arguments, and managing matters effectively.

• For senior positions, the ability to independently handle matters, appear before tribunals, and manage client coordination will be preferred.

• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills are essential.

Remuneration: ₹ 3 -6 Lakhs per annum.
