Stratage Law Partners is looking for an experienced Associate to join its Investment Funds practice in Mumbai.

PQE: 3-4 years

Location: Mumbai

Job Description

• 3–4 years of PQE, with specialisation in investment funds.

• Experience in investment fund set-ups and LP negotiations.

• Candidates with a mixed practice in funds and M&A/PE/VC will also be considered, provided funds work forms the major part of their practice.

• Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory framework applicable to investment funds.

• Ability to draft and review fund-related documentation and undertake SEBI filings.

Remuneration: As per industry standards.
