Job Description

• Wadhwa Law Chambers, Kapil Wadhwa is looking to hire a Patent Associate in Delhi.

• One open position with 2 - 5 years of experience for Patent prosecution/ litigation.

• Candidate will be handling all kinds of IP and non-IP litigation.

• Candidate should preferably be able to handle patent prosecution work.

• Patent agent preferable.

Associate would be involved in:

• Litigation work including drafting of pleadings, research, attending court proceedings, briefing senior counsel.

• Prosecution work including handling Patent drafting and filings

Remuneration: As per industry standards.
