Exclusive: Ex-AZB, Trilegal lawyer Udayarkar Rangarajan to join Khaitan & Co

Khaitan & Co has hired independent practitioner Udayarkar Rangarajan as Associate Partner in Bangalore. This has been confirmed by the firm’s Senior Partner, Rabindra Jhunjhunwala.

Rangarajan will focus on the firm’s corporate and litigation practice in both,  Chennai and Bangalore.

A graduate of NALSAR University, Rangarajan also holds an LL.M. from University College London. He joined AZB & Partners in 2006 and worked there till 2009 after which he joined Trilegal. In 2011, he left Trilegal to practice independently.

Recently, the firm has also hired Manisha Shroff in Mumbai from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
