Advocates who voluntarily suspend legal practice for government employment not members of Bar: Kerala High Court

The Court held that the petitioner, a full-time government employee who had suspended legal practice, cannot be treated as "a member of the Bar" for the purpose of selection and appointment as a prosecutor.
