Agitated Justices Radhakrishnan and Khehar, SEBI Sahara hearing once again marred by drama

The hearing in the SEBI Sahara contempt petition turned eventful yet again as the Division Bench comprising Justices KS Radhakrishnan and Jagdish Singh Khehar came down upon the Sahara Group today for refusing to disclose the source of the money claimed to have been refunded by it. The Court directed Sahara to place on record the source of the funds while warning it of bringing in the Registrar of Companies (RoC) and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) if need arises.
