Delhi Air Pollution: APTEL declares holidays on November 4, 5

The Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL), New Delhi will remain closed on November 4 and November 5, 2019 owing to the hazardous Air Quality Index (AQI) in New Delhi. In order to compensate for the two holidays, APTEL shall work on two other non – working days, November 9 and November 23.
