On behalf of Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA), we are pleased to invite you to the Conference on “ARBITRATING INDO-UK COMMERCIAL DISPITES" being organized by ICA, the premier arbitral institution of India, with support of FICCI.

ICA is the apex arbitral institution in India. The Council was created in 1965 to promote and administer the use Alternate Dispute Resolution Mechanism in commercial disputes, thereby expediting dispute resolution with a view to encouraging smooth and seamless domestic and international business.

The Council has amongst its permanent Founder Member, FICCI the apex the largest and oldest apex business organisation in India.

Shir N.V. Ramana, Hon’ble Chief Justice of India has kindly agreed to deliver the Inaugural Address and Shri Kiren Rijiju, Hon’ble Union Minister of Law & Justice, Government of India, has been invited to deliver a Special Address.

The Technical Sessions will be addressed by eminent speakers from both India and England. See tentative agenda, attached.

The Conference is expected to be attended by a high-powered audience, comprising of eminent jurists, policymakers, lawyers, in- house counsels, leaders from the legal fraternity, dispute resolution professionals, business leaders, leading corporates, business and trade chambers, government officials and friends from media & press to cover the event.
