Around 20 Gujarat High Court judges to attend Justice AY Kogje’s swearing-in as Madhya Pradesh HC Chief Justice
The Gujarat High Court website has already published notices indicating the non-availability of 16 judges, while about 4 more are unavailable, according to Bar & Bench sources.
Over 20 judges of the Gujarat High Court are scheduled to attend the oath-taking ceremony of Justice Alpesh Yeshvant Kogje as Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court on September 10.
