Ayodhya Ram Mandir inauguration: Calcutta High Court allows live broadcast, puja, kirtan in South Kolkata

BJP-backed outfit Kalighat Bahumukhi Seva Samiti moved the Court after the event was objected to by State authorities. The Court has now allowed the event's conduct at an alternative location and with a 60-person limit.

The Calcutta High Court on Wednesday permitted the Kalighat Bahumukhi Seva Samiti to broadcast live the inauguration of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir and also conduct puja and kirtan at Deshpran Sasmal Park in South Kolkata [Kalighat Bahumukhi Seva Samiti vs State of West Bengal].
