Azan cannot be disturbed if within legal decibel limits: Madras HC

The First Bench of the Madras High Court today passed an interim order partly allowing a prayer to restrain state authorities from confiscating sound emission systems used by mosques in the Pollachi area to call the faithful for prayer i.e. the azan.
