Bar body moves Bombay High Court seeking permanent mechanism to fill judges vacancies in HC

With 9 more judges of Bombay High Court due to retire by the end of this year, the Bombay Lawyers Association sought directions to fill up the vacant posts so that the High Court functions at its sanctioned strength.
