Bar Council of Kerala decides to boycott upcoming e-Lok Adalat organised by Kerala Legal Services Authority [Read Letter]

"Several decisions having wide ramifications affecting the community of advocates in Kerala have been taken by the KELSA without consulting the Bar Council", the Letter addressed to the Chief Justice reads.

Miffed with instances that exhibit the supposed "apathy" of the High Court and the Chief Justice of the Kerala High Court towards lawyers in Kerala, the Bar Council of Kerala has addressed a letter to the Chief Justice, which also informs its decision to boycott the upcoming e-lok adalat organised by the Kerala Legal Services Authority (KELSA).
