Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana summons lawyer who claimed to be magistrate when stopped for traffic violation

Advocate Prakash Singh is required to appear before the Council's disciplinary commitee in person or through a lawyer on or before May 23 to explain his conduct.

The Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana on Tuesday sought an explanation from a lawyer who claimed to be a judicial magistrate when stopped by the traffic police in Chandigarh.
