Bar President writes to Kerala High Court Chief Justice alleging Justice Mary Joseph writing judgments after retirement

In the letter written in his personal capacity, advocate Yeshwanth Shenoy claimed that Justice Joseph has continued to visit her chambers in the High Court so that she can write judgments and backdate them.

Kerala High Court Advocates' Association (KHCAA) president Yeshwanth Shenoy has written to the Chief Justice of the Kerala High Court alleging that retired High Court judge Justice Mary Joseph is continuing to write judgments even after she demitted office on June 2.
