BCI requests stakeholders to give inputs on Advocates Protection Bill before July 9 [Read Press Release]

"The Committee has also deliberated upon the need for social security, apart from physical security and the protection against illegal arrest and detention and redressal of grievances of Advocates", BCI informed today.

The Bar Council of India (BCI) has intimated the seven-member committee constituted by it to draft an Advocates Protection Bill has furnished its report today and that stakeholder inputs are now invited on the draft Bill.
