Bengaluru ADR Week Trust in collaboration with the Arbitration & Conciliation Centre, Bengaluru, the Karnataka Judicial Academy and the Advocates' Association is organising the three days event, promising an engaging and intensive programme featuring leading voices from the judiciary, legal practice, academia, and the corporate sector.

From 21st to 23rd November 2025, Bengaluru will once again take center stage in the global conversation on alternative dispute resolution as it hosts the second annual Bengaluru ADR Week at Karnataka Judicial Academy.

By emphasising the development of the arbitration ecosystem, the 2025 edition builds on the success of the previous year. In order to address significant advancements and new trends in the field, the program includes interactive sessions, engaging panel discussions, and practical workshops.

They aim to build on the strong foundation of the inaugural 2024 edition where participants engaged in substantive dialogue covering institutional frameworks for arbitration and mediation, technological innovation in dispute resolution mechanisms, resolution of shareholder and commercial disputes, and India's strategic positioning in the international ADR ecosystem, which set a solid precedent by bringing together prominent thought leaders across multiple sectors.
