BJP MLA moves Karnataka High Court against State decision to withdraw CBI consent for probe against DK Shivakumar

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Basangouda Patil Yatnal has moved Karnataka High Court challenging the decision of the Karnataka government to withdraw the consent given to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to investigate the disproportionate assets case against Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar.
