BMR Legal has recently set up an office in Bangalore with Themis & Associates’ Partners Roshan Thomas and Siddharth Nair..Thomas and Nair have joined as Partners in the firm’s corporate M&A and private equity practice and will head the firm’s Bangalore practice..Thomas, who is a graduate of NALSAR Hyderabad, has over 11 years experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity & venture capital backed deals. He has previously worked with Lexygen in Bangalore and Nishith Desai & Associates in Mumbai before joining Themis..Nair has over 9 years experience in advising clients on mergers & acquisitions and corporate restructuring transactions with expertise in structured finance deals..Prior to Themis, Siddharth had his own law practice under the banner ‘The Law Offices of Siddharth Nair’ and before that he was India lead of legal and regulatory function of the Old Mutual Group.
