The sessions court had directed that Kodiyeri should cooperate with police if they seek a DNA test to prove paternity. The court also specifically observed that he should not try to influence either the witnesses or the complainant..The sessions court further directed him to appear before the investigating officer every Monday and asked him to pay a security deposit of Rs 25,000..Earlier, Binoy had appeared before Oshiwara Police station and refused to give his blood samples for a DNA test claiming that the matter is pending before the high court..However, he informed the Bombay High Court today that he was ready for the DNA test.
