Bombay High Court grants bail, suspends sentence of man convicted for sexual assault of 11-year-old boy

Justice Prakash Naik noted that the evidence of a constable who was attached to the police station where the first information report (FIR) was registered, was contrary to the evidence given by the other witnesses.
