Bombay High Court quashes FIRs against IPS officer Rashmi Shukla in phone tapping case

The Court passed the order after the Mumbai police informed that it did not get sanction to prosecute Shukla in one of two FIRs against her. The Pune police had already filed a closure report in the other FIR in January.
