[POCSO] Bombay High Court rejects minor rape survivor's plea to terminate 29-week-old pregnancy

The High Court took the decision based on medical report which said there is high probability of the baby being born alive, if abortion is allowed at this stage and the baby could then suffer from life-long morbidities.
