Bombay High Court seeks response of Attorney General on plea challenging provisions of CGST Act, CGST Rules

The Bombay High Court on Monday sought the assistance of Attorney General for India R Venkataramani on a plea challenging provisions of Central Goods and Services Tax Act (CGST Act) Rules and CGST Rules.
