Bombay High Court seeks State's response after plea flags dilapidated court building in Mulund

The petition filed by advocate Santosh Dubey highlighted that the building was constructed in 1945 and is still being used to house the court of Metropolitan Magistrates though it has been declared as a dilapidated one.

The Bombay High Court on Wednesday issued notice to the Maharashtra government on a plea raising grievance about a Metropolitan Magistrate court building in Mulund which was declared an endangered building. [Santosh Dubey v. State of Maharashtra & Ors.]
