Bombay Lawyer’s Association approaches new CJI, RM Lodha against J. CK Prasad

After an earlier letter to the then Chief Justice, P. Sathasivam failed to evoke any response, the Bombay Lawyer’s Association (BLA) has written another letter to the new CJI, RM Lodha. The subject matter of the letter is the manner in which Justice CK Prasad’s bench had dealt with a land matter earlier this year.
