BPSC protest: Patna court sends Prashant Kishor to judicial custody
The Court granted bail to Kishor subject to the condition that he refrain from participating in protests in the future. However, Kishor refused to comply with this condition and was subsequently sent to jail.
A court in Patna on Monday sent Jan Suraaj leader Prashant Kishor to judicial custody after he was detained by Bihar police while on fast-unto-death protest at Patna's Gandhi Maidan.
