CAM, NDA lead on Godrej’s 1,000 crore fund raise from GIC firm

Godrej Properties is raising Rs. 1,000 crore ($150 million) through preferential issue of shares to a Singapore-based GIC-managed investment company, Gamnat Pte. Ltd.
