CAM Partners Kirat Nagra and Rishi Anand join DSK Legal

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Partners Kirat Nagra and Rishi Anand, who had resigned from the firm in November 2018, have joined DSK Legal as Partners. He is a 2002 graduate of ILS Law College, Pune. He has previously worked at Amarchand Mangaldas. Kirat has in-depth experience in a wide range of dispute resolution matters, including arbitrations (international and domestic), commercial/corporate disputes, white-collar crime cases, tax and regulatory litigation..Prior to joining Cyril Amarchand, Rishi was running his own firm Gnarus Partners. He started his career with LakshmiKumaran & Sridharan after graduating from Symbiosis Law School in 2007. He holds an LL.M. from NUS, Singapore. He has also worked at Chinese firm Dacheng Law Offices..Rishi has extensive experience in private equity, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, foreign direct investments, joint ventures, restructuring and general corporate work, particularly in new technologies as they emerge. Nakul Batra, Jitendra Soni (both Principal Associates) and Chirag Jain (Senior Associate) will join with Rishi.
