Caste certificate claim: Sameer Wankhede moves Bombay High Court challenging caste committee order upholding Nawab Malik’s locus

Malik had lodged a complaint before the Caste Scrutiny Committee in which a show cause notice was issued to Wankhede.

Former Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) Zonal director Sameer Wankhede has approached the Bombay High Court challenging an order of Mumbai Caste Scrutiny Committee that rejected his application challenging the locus of Nawab Malik who claimed Wankhede forged his caste certificate.
