CBI arrests IBC Resolution Professional after he demands bribe to 'settle' a dispute

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested an Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) at National Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai and two other persons including a proprietor of a Mumbai-based firm in a bribery case of Rs.Two Lakh.
