The Central government has notified the appointment of four members - two judicial members and two technical members - to the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT)..The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) approved the proposal of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in this regard..The two judicial members appointed are:Justice Yogesh Khanna (former judge of Delhi High Court).Justice Sharad Kumar Sharma (former judge of Uttarakhand High Court)..The two technical members are:Indevar Pandey (IAS)Jatindranath Swain (Retd IAS).They will be eligible for a monthly salary of ₹2,25,000.
