Central government clears appointment of two retired High Court judges, one sitting judge as judicial members of NCLAT

Besides three judicial members, the government also cleared the appointment of two technical members for NCLAT.

The Central government on Thursday cleared the proposal to appoint two retired High Court judges and one sitting High Court judge as judicial members of National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).
