The Central government on Monday notified the transfer of Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma from the Punjab and Haryana High Court to the Rajasthan High Court which is his parent High Court..The Supreme Court Collegium had recommended his transfer on May 26. Justice Sharma was appointed as a judge of the Rajasthan High Court in November 2016. He was transferred to Patna High Court in 2022.
